I graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Arizona State University in December of 2019. I have been accepted into graduate school at ASU, and currently plan on pursuing a PhD in Applied Mathematics with a focus in Numerical Methods/Computational Analysis in August of this year.
Experience
I tutored for two years while I was in high school, and most recently tutored for two years in college. I was a Lead Tutor with University Academic Success Programs (UASP) at ASU, where I oversaw a select group of other tutors, along with my regular tutoring duties. I have experience tutoring many different age groups, as well as experience tutoring in the subjects of Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, Statistics, and Programming in MATLAB, Python, AWK, and FORTRAN. I genuinely enjoy math and I enjoy working with students to understand something I find so fascinating. I love being able to positively impact someone in a way that helps them to succeed and achieve their goals.
