Experience
Upon receiving my bachelor's degree, I enrolled in a graduate program and earned a PhD in physics. Since then, I've worked as a university instructor where I've taught physics as an assistant professor to students at the undergraduate and graduate level. Along with working as a university lecturer, I've also spent time introducing basic mathematics, physics, and algebra to students in middle and high school. When it comes to teaching, there's nothing I love more than helping students reach that moment of clarity when everything makes perfect sense. I enjoy teaching groups of eager students, as well as individuals in one-on-one lessons. My experiences as an educator have taught me the importance of customizing lessons to suit the needs of the individual. I believe that everyone has the ability to excel in math as long as they're taught in a way that builds upon their strengths and helps them overcome their weaknesses. My goal isn't just to help pupils memorize answers for tests, but rather help them appreciate math and physics so that they want to learn more about it in their spare time. When I'm not working in academia, I like to spend my time taking photographs and playing the violin.
